Let's address this most important question first, before you begin your journey with Coconaüts.
[TLDR; Humans need to plant trees; to co-create healthy ecosystem for the Gen.Next (including our older selves); also helps prevent "russian-roullete" of natural disasters; we ensure it is going to be playful monetarily rewarding as well.]
Although the article is pretty credible and convincing, but we did our own research asking questions like - why is it even a problem, are trees an effective solution, can't we just wait it out (Earth fixes itself anyway), why us, how can we contribute, what can we do new, and so on...
A fun Trivia - there are 3 organizations, which are chasing the goal of 1 Trillion Trees by so and so year.
As you can see, since we are here - we also decided - we will be doing our part. And we will do it well.
After initial experiments in 2019-2022, we committed to the mission by setting a modest goal of - 77Billion (77,777,777,777) Trees by the end of decade. It's still a daunting goal, but pretty modest, if you compare to 1 Trillion Trees :).
Once the goal was set, another thing we wanted to make sure was - how can we make it fun and rewarding experience for everyone involved - starting from NGOs, planters, customers, influencers and whoever we could think of.
The simple answer turned out to be - raising trees through fun events, rewards on achieveing milestones, and have better reasons than - 'save the Earth from doomsdays'. Because, come on, Earth doesn't need any saving. If given sufficient time away from 'raising childish & reckless humans', Earth will fix itself anyway. It's humans, who need to invest conscious time and resources in tree planting activities to co-create and maintain a healthy environment (fresh air, fresh water, agriculturable land etc.), and to avoid russian-roullette of natural disasters.
We decided to add another layer to it - to make it monetarily rewarding. That is why we introduced the concept of TreeCard®, an 'asset-ified' digital card backed with real Trees. 'Asseti-fied' in the sense, in due course of time, our TreeCard®s will be tradable on Carbon-Credit Markets.
To our pleasant surprise, several organizations are already making great progress in building and standardizing financial instruments and assets, around Carbon Credits.
In short, that means, any Trees that you win/receive through our ecosystem, will be backed-by a financial instrument, and convertible to regular currencies.... in due course of time - approximately ~1-3 years. To set the expectations right, even Trees do not start producing net-positive Carbon-Credits, until they mature. Which typically takes ~3 years. However, at our end, we'll have our systems and certifications ready much sooner than that.
Coming back to the first question - why and what of BoBB2Bali, and what do I get?
Well - we have to start somewhere, and to be able to get to 77Billion trees, we need to make slightly bigger than small steps. So, BoBB2Bali is our first event, with the goal of raising 222,222 Trees. All other future events will aim to get at least 222222 or more trees.
In BoBB2Bali - everyone gets to win something. With each TreeTicket - whether you purchase, or claim it for free, or get it with a merchandise, means you will get at least 1 tree planted with your name. We have designed the event, such that, there are 3958 prizes possible when we hit the target of 222222 Trees, (highlights and details in the sections below). At least 1 prize is unlocked at every 77 Tree.
To make it fun - BoBB2Bali is designed to be a contest between handpicked influencers and their fanclubs. After all, when it comes to saving the Earth - we would rather count on our beloved humanoid influencers, rather than X-Men or Avengers of fictional world.
On second thoughts, we will invite them as well - if and when that is needed :). When it comes to something as important as Climate-Change, we do not discriminate between humans and non-humans.

For International trip, the giveaway is open to all customers of our e-commerce store in India, having a passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel, that is estimated to be during May-June.

Typically, we'll distburse all the prizes within 2-3 weeks of concluding the event. Customized Mystery boxes may take additional time.
However, in the highly desirable event of achieving 222222 Tree Milestone, we'd need ~1 months to organize and distribute all the prizes.
As some of you already know, with every purhcase we plant trees, typically in the customer's name or as requested. The trees are planted in partnership with reputed NGOs. The tree's location and plantation details are provided to the customer, on a digital (and sometimes) a physical card - a TreeCard®.
With this event, for the first time ever, we are introducing an innovative concept, LO77REE®, a digital TreeCard® linked to at least 77 Trees. Since this is inaugral event for this concept, we are taking it to next level. The first ever LO77REE® winner will be linked to 7777 trees, and awarded to the representative of the winning-tribe. In most cases, it will be the lead-influencer of the winning tribe, or someone nominated by her/him.
